本文总结分析张喜奎教授运用虫类药物的临床经验。通过临证病案的用药分析发现,张喜奎教授常用虫类药物有蝉衣、僵蚕、地龙、桑螵蛸、五倍子、水蛭、蜈蚣、全蝎、土鳖虫等。张喜奎教授使用虫类药物时,依据虫药的药效药性,掌控药物剂量,注重方剂配伍,把握了毒与用的统一,使治疗药效迅捷又不猛悍、祛邪又不伤正。

This paper summarizes and analyzes Professor Zhang Xikui’s clinical experience in the use of insect drugs.Through the analysis of the use of drugs in clinical medical records,Professor Zhang Xikui’s commonly used insect drugs include cicada,Bombyx mori,ground dragon,cuttlebone,gallnut,leech,centipede,scorpion,soft-shelled turtle,etc.When Professor Zhang Xikui uses insect drugs,he controls the drug dosage according to the efficacy of insect drugs,pays attention to the compatibility of prescriptions,and grasps the unity of poison and use,so that the therapeutic efficacy is not fierce,dispelling pathogens without harming the right.
