丘荨方治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Qiu Urticaria prescription in the treatment of papular urticaria in children

目的:评价丘荨方治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:选取我院2018年3月—2020年11月收治的200例丘疹性荨麻疹患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予马来酸氯苯那敏片口服,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丘荨方口服治疗。观察两组治疗前后皮疹、风团样皮损、糜烂渗出、瘙痒程度,临床治疗效果和复发率。结果:治疗后两组皮疹、风团样皮损、糜烂渗出、瘙痒程度评分均较治疗前明显降低,观察组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.0%(92/100),高于对照组的81.0%(81/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.857,P=0.023<0.05);观察组复发率为12.0%(12/100),低于对照组的21.0%(21/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.631,P=0.031<0.05)。结论:丘荨方联合马来酸氯苯那敏片治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Qiu Urticaria prescription in the treatment of papular urticaria in children.Methods:200children with papular urticaria in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from March 2018 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).The control group was given chlorphenamine maleate tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Qiu Urticaria prescription on the basis of the control group.The rash,wind mass-like lesions,erosive exudation,pruritus,clinical therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the scores of rash,wind mass-like skin lesions,erosive exudation and itching in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,especially in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.0%(92/100),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.0/100),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.857,P=0.023<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 12.0%(12/100),which was lower than that in the control group 21.0%(21/100).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.631,P=0.031<0.05).Conclusion:Qiu Urticaria prescription combined with chlorphenamine maleate tablets is effective in the treatment of papular urticaria in children with low recurrence rate.
