通过研究古代文献,结合临床发现,“脾络”有广义和狭义之分,本文主要是从狭义脾络来论述。狭义脾络是发于脾的人体深处的细小络脉,其循行及生理功能特点同脾的生理功能密切相关,但是区别于脾之大络、脾之络的又一独特络脉分支。狭义脾络因其自身的生理特性,容易导致气血瘀阻不通的现象,治疗上以疏通脾络为原则,用药方面配合走窜通络性强的虫类药疗效显著,针刺则以刺络放血为宜。

Through the study of ancient literature,combined with clinical findings,"spleen collaterals"can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense,this paper mainly discusses from the narrow sense of spleen collaterals.In a narrow sense,spleen collaterals are small collaterals that originate from the depths of the spleen.Its circulation and physiological functions are closely related to the physiological functions of the spleen,but they are different from the spleen collaterals and the collaterals of the spleen.Narrow sense of spleen collaterals because of its own physiological characteristics,it is easy to lead to the phenomenon of stagnation of qi and blood stasis.The treatment is based on the principle of dredging spleen collaterals,and the curative effect of drugs combined with insect drugs with strong channeling and collaterals is significant,and acupuncture is suitable for pricking collaterals and bloodletting.
