围绝经期焦虑抑郁的中医药研究进展

Research Progress of Peri-menopausal anxiety and Depression with traditional Chinese Medicine

围绝经期焦虑抑郁严重影响了妇女健康、家庭和谐、社会稳定。目前现代医学主要采用抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物进行治疗,但其不良反应明显。中医药治疗本病具有丰富的理论和临床经验,但存在对其病因病机、治则治法认识不一致。文章通过对围绝经期焦虑抑郁相关文献进行系统回顾,从理论研究、临床研究、动物研究三个方面来分析总结该病的中医药研究进展,以期为下一步研究奠定基础。

Peri-menopausal anxiety and depression seriously affect women’s health,family harmony and social stability.At present,modern medicine is mainly treated with anti-anxiety and antidepressant drugs,but its adverse reactions are obvious.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich theoretical and clinical experience in the treatment of this disease,but there are inconsistencies in the understanding of its etiology,pathogenesis,principles and methods of treatment.Through a systematic review of peri-menopausal anxiety and depression related literature,this paper analyzes and summarizes the progress of traditional Chinese medicine research on peri-menopausal anxiety and depression from three aspects:theoretical research,clinical research and animal research,in order to lay a foundation for further research.
