基于网络药理学研究“土茯苓-鸡血藤”药对治疗糖尿病的作用机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过网络药理学方法研究“土茯苓-鸡血藤”药对治疗糖尿病的药理作用机制。方法:通过网络药理学方法筛选“土茯苓-鸡血藤”的活性成分及预测靶点,构建PPI网络图,进行GO功能富集和KEGG通路分析,筛选“土茯苓-鸡血藤”对糖尿病的预测关键活性成分与作用靶点。结果:得到活性成分共66个,其中土茯苓35个、鸡血藤31个;糖尿病预测靶点619个。PPI网络获取糖尿病相关靶点39个,对PPI网络的GO富集及KEGG通路分析结果显示,可能与胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistance)、2型糖尿病(Type II diabetes mellitus)、糖尿病并发症AGE-RAGE信号通路(AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications)、HIF-1信号通路(HIF-1 signaling pathway)等通路密切相关。结论:本研究阐明了“土茯苓-鸡血藤”药对治疗糖尿病PPI网络关系,为进一步开展“土茯苓-鸡血藤”药对治疗糖尿病药理作用机制的研究提供了新思路。 Objective:The pharmacological mechanism of"Poria cocos-Tripterygium"in the treatment of diabetes was studied by the method of network pharmacology.Methods:The active components and prediction targets of"Poria cocos-Tripterygium"were screened by the method of network pharmacology,the PPI network map was constructed,the functional enrichment of GO and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out,and the key active components and targets for predicting diabetes were screened.Results:A total of 66 active compo-nents were obtained,including 35 from Poria cocos,31 from Tripterygium,and 619 predicted targets for diabetes.39 diabetes-related targets were obtained by PPI network.The results of GO enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis of PPI network showed that it may be closely related to insulin resistance(Insulin resistance),type 2 diabetes mellitus(Type II diabetes mellitus),diabetic complications AGERAGE signal pathway(AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications),HIF-1 signal pathway(HIF-1 signaling pathway)and so on.Conclusion:This study clarified the PPI network relationship of"Poria cocos-Tripterygium"on the treatment of diabetes,and provided a new idea for the further study of the pharmacological mechanism of"Poria cocos-Tripterygium"in the treatment of diabetes.
