温针灸联合推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical Analysis of warming Acupuncture combined with Massage manipulation in the treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniatio

目的:分析温针灸加推拿手法对腰椎间盘突出(LDH)的疗效。方法:选取2020年1—12月我院收治的60例LDH患者作为研究对象,结合随机数表法分成对照组(予以推拿)和观察组(除对照组治疗之外加以温针灸),各30例。比较两组治疗后的有效率、治疗前后症状得分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)及腰部功能障碍(ODI)得分情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%,29/30)高于对照组(70.00%,21/30)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腿痛或麻痛、下腰背痛以及步行能力等方面的症状得分与VAS及ODI得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组腿痛或麻痛、下腰背痛以及步行能力等方面的症状得分与VAS及ODI得分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸加推拿手法对LDH疗效确切,能减轻患者的疼痛感,改善其临床症状和腰部功能障碍,值得采用。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of warm acupuncture and massage on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 60 patients with LDH treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The effective rate,symptom score,visual analogue scale(VAS)and lumbar dysfunction(ODI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.67%,29/30)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%,21/30)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptom scores of leg pain or numbness,low back pain and walking ability and the scores of VAS and ODI(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores and VAS and ODI scores of leg pain or numbness,low back pain and walking ability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture plus massage is effective in treating LDH.It can reduce the pain of patients and improve their clinical symptoms and waist dysfunction.
