中药督脉熏蒸联合电针治疗产后尿潴留的临床研究

Clinical study of du Meridian fumigation combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of Postpartum urinary retention

目的:观察中药督脉熏蒸联合电针对产后尿潴留的治疗效果。方法:按照随机数表法,将90例经阴分娩后尿潴留患者随机纳入联合治疗组、电针组、中药督脉熏蒸组。联合治疗组30例,接受中药督脉熏蒸联合电针治疗1次;电针组30例,接受电针治疗1次;中药督脉熏蒸组30例,接受中药督脉熏蒸1次。各组均于治疗2 h后B超测定膀胱残余尿量,观察治疗总有效率,比较各组间的疗效差异。结果:联合治疗组、电针组、中药督脉熏蒸组治疗后膀胱残余尿量分别为(117.60±159.28)mL、(240.57±201.94)mL、(188.9±172.49)m L,治疗有效率分别为86.67%(26/30)、53.33%(16/30)、56.67%(17/30),其中,联合治疗组治疗效果优于电针组、中药督脉熏蒸组,治疗后膀胱残余尿量及有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),电针组与中药督脉熏蒸组的治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单独使用电针疗法或中药督脉熏蒸即可治疗产后尿潴留,而中药督脉熏蒸联合电针治疗可有效治疗产后尿潴留,最大限度降低膀胱残余尿量。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of du meridian fumigation combined with electroacupuncture on postpartum urinary retention.Methods:According to the method of random number table,90 patients with urinary retention after transvaginal delivery were randomly divided into combined treatment group,electroacupuncture group and fumigation group.30 patients in the combined treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine du meridian fumigation combined with electroacupuncture once,30 patients in the electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture once,and 30 patients in the fumigation group received fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine du meridian once.Two hours after treatment,the residual urine volume of bladder was measured by B-ultrasound,the total effective rate was observed,and the curative effect of each group was compared.Results:The bladder residual urine volume after treatment in the combined treatment group,electroacupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine du meridian fumigation group was(117.60±159.28)mL,(240.57±201.94)mL and(188.9±172.49)mL,respectively,and the effective rates were 86.67%(26/30),53.33%(16/30)and 56.67%(17/30)respectively.Among them,the therapeutic effect of the combination treatment group was better than that of the electroacupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine du meridian fumigation group.There was significant difference in bladder residual urine volume and effective rate after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between electroacupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine du meridia fumigation group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture therapy or traditional Chinese medicine du meridian fumigation alone can treat postpartum urinary retention,while traditional Chinese medicine du meridian fumigation combined with electroacupuncture can effectively treat postpartum urinary retention and minimize bladder residual urine.
