止眩汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效

Clinical effect of zhixuan decoction on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

目的:观察止眩汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:对符合要求的病例进行收集,数量为60例。治疗组30例,给予止眩汤和氟桂利嗪治疗;对照组30例服氟桂利嗪。疗程2周。观察两组临床效果。结果:治疗组的有效率是93.33%(28/30),对照组为73.33%(22/30),治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗后循环缺血性眩晕,止眩汤起到了重要作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhixuan decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Meth-ods:60 patients who met the requirements were collected,including 30 patients in the treatment group,who were treated with Zhixuan Decoction and flunarizine at the same time.In the control group,30 patients were treated with flunarizine for 2 weeks.The clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment was observed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),and that of the control group was 73.33%(22/30),the treatment group was significantly better than the other group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhixuan decoction plays an important role in the treatment of post-circulation ischemic vertigo.
