闵氏金黄膏外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis by External Application of Minshi Jinhuang Ointment

目的:探讨闵氏金黄膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院门诊2017年1月—2018年1月接诊的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取扶他林软膏外敷治疗,观察组采取闵氏金黄膏外敷治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、WOMAC评分、膝骨性关节炎指标。结果:两组治疗前WOMAC评分及膝骨性关节炎指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗2周后两组症状均有所改善,观察组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组WOMAC评分及膝骨性关节炎指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:闵氏金黄膏治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,且方便安全,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Minshi Jinhuang Ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our outpatient department from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Futarin ointment externally,and the observation group was treated with Min’s golden ointment externally.The treatment efficiency,WOMAC score,and knee osteoarthritis indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in WOMAC score and knee osteoarthritis index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable;after two weeks of treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were improved,and the observation group had a significantly higher effective rate In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the WOMAC score and knee osteoarthritis indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Min’s golden ointment is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis,is convenient and safe,and is worthy of promotion.
