通痹汤中医定向透药对气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者心功能及氧化应激指标的影响

Effect of Directional penetration of Tongbi Decoction in traditional Chinese Medicine on cardiac function and oxidative stress indexes in patients with unstable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type

目的:探讨通痹汤中医定向透药对气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者心功能及氧化应激指标的影响。方法:于2019年1月—2020年12月选择本院收治的82例气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为对照组41例与观察组41例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加通痹汤中医定向透药,对两组治疗效果及心功能、氧化应激指标进行比较。结果:治疗前,左心射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,上述指标水平观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,上述指标水平观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通痹汤中医定向透药可改善气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者心功能,也能调节氧化应激指标,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Directional penetration of Tongbi Decoction in traditional Chinese Medicine on cardiac function and oxidative stress index in patients with unstable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:From January2019 to December 2020,82 patients with unstable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(41 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Directional penetration of Tongbi Decoction in traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of the control group,The therapeutic effect,cardiac function and oxidative stress indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in left ventric-ular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the above indexes between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the above indexes between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Directional penetration of Tongbi Decoction in traditional Chinese Medicine can improve the heart function of patients with unstable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and also regulate oxidative stress index,which is worthy of promotion.
