壮骨伸筋丸治疗脱位手法复位后患者活动功能障碍的疗效观察

Effect of Zhuanggu Shenjin Pill on the Dysfunction of Activities in Patients with Dislocation after Manual Reduction

目的:探讨壮骨伸筋丸对于手法复位脱位后活动功能障碍疗效。方法:随机选取14例肩关节脱位患者,分为对照组7例和观察组7例。两组复位后均采用前臂吊带方式固定,对照组采用常规止痛药物治疗,观察组在基础上加以壮骨伸筋丸。结果:两组治疗后肩关节活动度、功能评分均好于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后同一组间比较,肩关节活动度、功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:观察组对于脱位手法复位后功能障碍改善及疼痛情况,能起到较好的临床疗效,对复位后再脱位等并发症有很好改善作用,壮骨伸筋丸具有临床推介意义。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhuanggu Shenjin Pill on motor dysfunction after manual reduction and dislocation.Methods:Fourteen patients with shoulder dislocation were randomly divided into control group(7 cases)and observation group(7cases).After reduction,both groups were fixed with forearm sling.The control group was treated with conventional analgesic drugs,and the observation group was treated with Zhuanggu Shenjin Pill on the basis of that.Results:After treatment,the range of motion and func-tional score of shoulder joint in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in shoulder joint range of motion and functional score between the same group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The observation group has a good clinical effect on the improvement of dysfunction and pain after manual reduction of dislocation,and has a good effect on the improvement of dislocation and other complications after reduction.Zhuanggu Shenjin Pill has clinical significance.
