补肾益气化瘀汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Bushen Yiqi Huatan decoction in treating primary osteoporosis

目的:评价原发性骨质疏松症采用补肾益气化瘀汤治疗作用。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年3月我院收治的86例原发性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分成常规组(43例)以及实验组(43例)。予以常规组西药治疗,予以实验组西药以及补肾益气化瘀汤治疗。对比治疗总有效率以及用药前后骨密度、Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果:实验组与常规组治疗总有效率分别是95.35%(41/43)、81.40%(35/43)(P<0.05)。用药后实验组髋部以及腰椎骨密度水平均高于常规组(P<0.05)。用药后实验组Oswestry功能障碍指数低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:原发性骨质疏松症采用补肾益气化瘀汤治疗,可提升治疗效果,增加骨密度,改善功能障碍。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Bushen Yiqi Huayu decoction on primary osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 86patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into conventional group(43 cases)and experimental group(43 cases)by random number table method.The conventional group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with western medicine and Bushen Yiqi Huayu decoction.The total effective rate,bone mineral density and Oswestry disability index before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rates of the experimental group and the conventional group were 95.35%(41/43)and 81.40%(35/43),respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone density of hip and lumbar vertebrae in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Oswestry disability index in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of primary osteoporosis with Bushen Yiqi Huayu decoction can improve the treatment effect,increase bone mineral density and improve dysfunction.
