原发性痛经的治疗研究现状

Current status of research on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

原发性痛经是妇科常见病之一,多发于青春期。近年来,随着社会压力增大,妇女痛经现象逐渐增多,这类患者经受疾病的困扰,影响日常生活和工作。中医和西医对原发性痛经的治疗各有侧重,中医多采用脏腑辨证论治、针灸及其他辅助疗法为主;西医多采用对症治疗,以药物治疗为主。笔者现就本病的治疗进行综述,并提出研究方向。

Primary dysmenorrhea is one of the common gynecological diseases,which often occurs in puberty.In recent years,with the increase of social pressure,the phenomenon of dysmenorrhea among women is gradually increasing.This kind of patients are plagued by diseases and affect their daily life and work.Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have their own emphasis on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly uses Zang-fu syndrome differentiation,acupuncture and other auxiliary therapy.Western medicine mostly uses symptomatic treatment,mainly drug treatment.The author reviews the treatment of this disease and puts forward the research direction.
