独活寄生汤辅助常规西医治疗腰椎间盘突出对患者生活质量及相关评分的影响

Effect of Duhuozhu decoction on quality of life and related score of patients with lumbar disc herniation assisted by conventional western medicine

目的:探讨独活寄生汤辅助常规西医治疗腰椎间盘突出对患者生活质量及相关评分的影响,以期为临床诊治提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2020年3月—2022年3月收治的腰椎间盘突出患者184例,依据随机数表法分为观察组(92例)与对照组(92例)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合独活寄生汤辅助治疗。对比两组疗效,干预满意度,干预前后HAMD评分、HAMA评分、生活质量评分。结果:组间对比,观察组优良率(93.48%,86/92)高于对照组(73.91%,68/92),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间对比,观察组干预满意度(95.65%,88/92)高于对照组(78.26%,72/92),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后对比,两组干预后HAMD和HAMA评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组干预后HAMD和HAMA评分均低于对照组(t=11.8324、8.2887,P<0.05)。干预前后对比,两组干预后生活质量评分均增加(P<0.05),且观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组(t=7.2796、9.0208、10.8783、8.6694,P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤辅助常规西医治疗腰椎间盘突出,可显著提高疗效及干预满意度,改善干预后HAMD评分、HAMA评分、生活质量评分,有利于腰部关节功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Duhuozhu decoction on quality of life and related scores of patients with lumbar disc herniation assisted by conventional western medicine,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A total of184 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and di-vided into observation group(92 cases)and control group(92 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Duhuozhu decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,intervention satisfaction,HAMD score,HAMA score and quality of life scale scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the observation group(93.48%,86/92)was higher than that of the control group(73.91%,68/92),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the intervention satisfaction of the observation group(95.65%,88/92)was higher than that of the control group(78.26%,72/92),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(t=11.8324,8.2887,P<0.05).Compared before and after intervention,the scores of each scale of quality of life in the two groups were increased after intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of each scale of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=7.2796,9.0208,10.8783,8.6694,P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuozhu decoction assisted conventional western medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the efficacy and intervention satisfaction,improve the HAMD score,HAMA score,quality of life scale score after intervention,and is conducive to the recovery of lumbar joint function,which is worthy of promotion.
