中西医结合治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的效果观察

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis of damp-heat obstruction type

目的:观察采用中西医结合的方法治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年6月于西部战区空军医院风湿免疫科就诊的符合纳入及排除条件的类风湿关节炎患者,按照时间顺序随机分为中西医结合治疗组(观察组,n=50)和西药治疗组(对照组,n=50),治疗周期结束后,统计两组的疾病症状及体征、中医证候评分、VAS评分、实验室指标。结果:治疗结束后,两组观察指标较治疗前均有临床医学上的好转,且差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比,关节功能分级并没有很大程度的降低,除此之外,观察组的疾病症状及体征、中医证候评分、VAS评分、实验室指标等均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:对于湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎,采用中西医结合治疗方法对于改善疼痛症状、提高生活质量具有积极的作用,值得广泛使用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on rheumatic arthritis(RA)with damp-heat obstruction.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Air Force Hospital of Western Theater Command who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group(observation group,n=50)and the western medicine treatment group(control group,n=50)according to the chronological order.After the treatment period,The disease symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome score,VAS score and laboratory indicators of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,all the observed indicators in the two groups were clinically improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was significant and statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the grade of joint function in the observation group was not significantly reduced after treatment.In addition,the disease symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome score,VAS score and laboratory indexes in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For rheumatoid arthritis with damp-heat obstruction,the use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the improvement of pain symptoms,improve the quality of life has a very positive effect,worthy of widespread use.
