膝骨关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是骨科常见的慢性关节退行性病变之一,发病率逐年上升,病因及发病机制尚未完全阐明,西医治疗KOA的疗效存在个体差异极大、且需长期用药等诸多不足之处,而中医药治疗KOA具有手段多样、不良反应较小、疗效显著等众多优势,本文从中医症候基础研究、单味中药、经典名方、中医特色疗法等方面对中医药治疗KOA作一综述,以期为中医药治疗KOA的临床推广以及更加深入的作用机制研究提供参考。

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is one of the common chronic joint degenerative diseases in orthopedics.Its incidence is increasing year by year.The etiology and pathogenesis of KOA have not been fully elucidated.And Chinese medicine treatment of KOA has many means,less side effects,efficacy significantly,and many other advantages,this article from the basic research of TCM symptoms,single taste traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the classic square,characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,etc to do a review of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of KOA,for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of KOA promotion and further the mechanism of action research to provide the reference.
