基于数据挖掘金季玲教授治疗绝经前后诸证的用药规律

Based on data mining, Professor Jin Jiling’s medication rules for the treatment of various syndroms before and after menopause

目的:基于数据挖掘分析天津市名中医金季玲教授治疗绝经前后诸证的用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:通过搜集、筛选并记录金季玲教授门诊中绝经前后诸证病例,并将数据录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),建立处方数据库,对录入处方进行分析,得出用药频次、中药分类,药物四气五味归经、组方规律,提取核心组合与创新新方。结果:本研究共录入处方396首,录入中药197味,药物频次排在前10的药物依次为枸杞子、熟地黄、合欢皮、牡丹皮、醋鳖甲、泽泻、酒萸肉、焦栀子、醋香附、生地黄;药物分类以补虚药、清热药为主;四气以寒、平性药居多;五味以甘、苦为主;归经以肝经最多,其次为肾经、心经;得出了14个核心药物组合,7个组合新方,基于数据挖掘分析金季玲教授治疗绝经前后诸证的处方规律以“补肾疏肝宁心,滋阴清热,化瘀止血”之品贯穿始终。

Objective:Based on data mining,the medication rules of Jin Jiling,a famous professor of traditional Chinese medicine in Tianjin,in the treatment of menopausal syndrome were analyzed,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:By collecting,screening and record Jin Jiling professor outpatient service in all the cases before and after menopause,and the data entry of Chinese auxiliary platform(V2.5),establishing database of prescription,analyze the input prescription,it is concluded that drug use frequency,the classification of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Medicine four qi five flavor return meridian,prescription rule,extracting core combination and innovating new method.Results:In this study,a total of 396 prescriptions were recorded,and 197 TCM flavors were recorded.The top 10 drugs in terms of drug frequency were wolfberry,ripe rehmannia,alvaria alvaria bark,Moutan bark,tortoise shell,Rhizoma alismata,Fructus officinalis,burnt Gardenia jasminoides,vinegar fragrance and raw rehmannia.The four Qi were mainly cold and calming drugs,and the five flavors were mainly sweet and bitter.The main meridian was liver meridian,followed by kidney meridian and heart meridian.Fourteen core drug combinations and seven new combination prescriptions were obtained.Based on data mining analysis,Professor Jin Jiling’s prescription rules for the treatment of various symptoms before and after menopause were characterized by"tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver and calming the heart,nourishing Yin and clearing heat,removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding"throughout.
