Tian Xudong Director Shengyang Sanhuo method in the treatment of oral ulcer experience

口腔溃疡(Mouth ulcers)俗称“口疮”,是一种常见的发生于口腔黏膜的溃疡性损伤病证,田旭东主任医师是甘肃省名中医,硕士生导师,师承国医大师王自立,具有30多年丰富的临床治疗脾胃病经验,擅长运用升阳散火法治疗口腔溃疡,临床疗效甚好。作者通过跟随田旭东主任门诊,总结了临床上2例心脾积热型口腔溃疡患者诊治疗效及预后,发现运用升阳散火法治疗口腔溃疡临床疗效显著,且长期效果满意。

Oral ulcer(Mouth ulcers)commonly known as"aphtha",is a common ulcerative injury in the oral mucosa,chief physician Tian Xudong is a famous traditional Chinese medicine in Gansu Province,master’s supervisor,under the master of Chinese medicine Wang Zili,has more than 30 years of rich experience in clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,good at the use of Shengyang Sanhuo method to treat oral ulcers,the clinical effect is very good.By following Director Tian Xudong’s outpatient clinic,the author sum-marized the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of 2 patients with oral ulcer of heat accumulation of heart and spleen.It was found that the method of Shengyang Sanhuo method was effective in the treatment of oral ulcer with satisfactory long-term effect.
