摘要
目的:探讨滋肾育胎丸辅助治疗复发性流产的效果及对血清性激素水平的影响。方法:将我院2017年1月—2021年5月60例复发性流产患者分组,按照随机数表法分为对照组30例,给予烯丙雌醇治疗,观察组30例在烯丙雌醇基础上联合滋肾育胎丸辅助治疗,观察两组激素水平、炎症因子。结果:治疗后,观察组雌二醇、黄体酮、HCG值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白介素-10高于对照组,白介素-6、白介素-2、TNF-α值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾育胎丸辅助治疗复发性流产可显著改善激素水平,降低炎症状况。
Objective:To explore the effect of Zishen Yutai Pill in the treatment of recurrent abortion and its effect on the level of serum sex hormone.Methods:Sixty patients with recurrent abortion in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The hormone levels and inflammatory factors of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the values of estradiol,progesterone and HCG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the values of IL-6,IL-2 and TNFwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Yutai Pill can significantly improve the level of hormone and reduce inflammation in the treatment of recurrent abortion.
