通脉养心丸对冠心病稳定型心绞痛平板运动试验研究的治疗观察

Observation on the treatment of Tongmai Yangxin Pill on treadmill exercise experiment of stable angina pectoris of Coronary heart disease

目的:观察通脉养心丸治疗气阴两虚型稳定型心绞痛的平板运动试验研究。方法:选取2017年2月—2019年8月符合标准的48例气阴两虚型稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组(36例)和对照组(12例)。试验组给予口服通脉养心丸每次40粒,每日2次+益心舒胶囊模拟剂每次3粒,每日3次;对照组给予口服益心舒胶囊模拟剂每次3粒,每日3次+通脉养心丸模拟剂,每次40粒,每日2次。疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后运动持续时间、最大ST段净偏移、心绞痛指数、Duke评分。结果:运动持续时间、最大ST段净偏移、心绞痛指数、Duke评分,试验组、对照组治疗第4周后与基线组内比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);最大ST段净偏移试验组,治疗第4周后与基线组内比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);运动持续时间、心绞痛指数、Duke评分试验组,治疗第4周后与基线组内比较,差异有统计学意义(^(a)P<0.05)。结论:通脉养心丸通过平板运动试验进行客观化评价,Duke评分证明,可以有效改善冠脉供血。

Objective:To observe the effect of Tongmai Yangxin pill on stable angina pectoris with qi-Yin deficiency.Methods:A total of48 patients with stable angina pectoris with qi-Yin deficiency were selected from February 2017 to August 2019 and randomly divided into experimental group(36 cases)and control group(12 cases).The experimental group was given oral Tongmai Yangxin pill 40 capsules each time,twice a day+Yixinshu capsule simulator 3 capsules each time,3 times a day;The control group was given oral Yixinshu capsule simulator 3 capsules each time,3 times a day+Tongmai Yangxin Pill simulator,40 capsules each time,twice a day.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks.Exercise duration,net excursion of maximum ST segment,angina pectoris index and Duke score were observed before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in exercise duration,maximum ST segment net offset,angina pectoris index and Duke score between the experimental group and the control group after 4 weeks of treatment and the baseline group(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the baseline group(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in exercise duration,angina pectoris index and Duke score between the experimental group and the baseline group after 4 weeks of treatment(^(a)P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongmai Yangxin Pill was objectified by treadmill exercise test,and Duke score proved that it could effectively improve coronary blood supply.
