植物中神经酰胺类化合物提取工艺研究进展

本课题麻花头药效物质基础研究一项工作即分离提取麻花头中有生理活性的化学成分。麻花头类属于菊科植物,又是多年生草本植物,在草原、山地和森林茂密地区生长旺盛,全国各地均有分布,内蒙古地区有着广泛的符合其生长所需地理条件的地方,所以麻花头在内蒙古地区产量大。我国总共发现17种麻花头,其中药用4种。它们具有清热解毒、调理机体代谢异常、增强免疫力的功能,对于咽喉肿痛、头晕目眩、疥疮痈肿等症状具有一定治疗作用。根据研究,麻花头中主要含有黄酮、挥发油、蜕皮甾酮、皂苷、总酚酸以及神经酰胺等化合物。本文主要阐述麻花头中含有的神经酰胺类化合物的提取工艺研究进展。

In this paper,the basic study on the efficacy of twist head is to separate and extract the physiologically active chemical components from twist head.Mahuatou belongs to Compositae and perennial herbaceous plants.It grows vigorously in grasslands,mountains and dense forest areas,and is distributed all over the country.Inner Mongolia has a wide range of places in line with the geographical conditions for its growth.So mahuatou has a large yield in Inner Mongolia.A total of 17 kinds of hemp flower heads have been found in China,of which4 kinds are used in traditional Chinese medicine.They have the functions of clearing heat and detoxification,regulating abnormal metabolism and enhancing immunity,and have a certain therapeutic effect on symptoms such as sore throat,dizziness,scabies and carbuncle.According to the research,flax head mainly contains flavonoids,volatile oil,ecdysterone,saponins,total phenolic acids and ceramides and other compounds.This paper mainly describes the research progress in the extraction technology of ceramides contained in flax head.
