中药颗粒制加味八珍益母膏治疗月经后期病临床疗效

Clinical observation of modified Bazhen Yimu ointment made from non decoction Chinese medicine granules in the treatment of late menstrual disease

目的:观察月经后期病予以中药颗粒制加味八珍益母膏治疗的临床效果。方法:临床选择2020年1—7月在本院接受诊治的90例月经后期病患者,根据不同的治疗方式分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组予以西药周期疗法,观察组在西药周期疗法的基础上予以中药颗粒制加味八珍益母膏治疗。两组均治疗1个月。比较两组临床效果;比较两组治疗后各项临床症状缓解情况。结果:观察组治愈率、显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床症状评分显著低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:月经后期病予以中药颗粒制加味八珍益母膏治疗,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Bazhen Yimu ointment made of traditional Chinese medicine granules in the treatment of late menstrual disease.Methods:90 cases of late menstrual disease treated in our hospital from January 2020 to July2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The observation group was treated with modified Bazhen Yimu ointment made of non decoction traditional Chinese medicine granules on the basis of Western medicine cycle therapy,and the control group was treated with western medicine cycle therapy.Both groups were treated for 1 month The clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:In the observation group,24 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,and 37 cases were total effective(82.2%);while in the control group,18 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,and 24 cases were total effective(53.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical symptom scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,but the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Bazhen Yimu ointment made of traditional Chinese medicine granules in the treatment of late menstrual disease is exact,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
