艾灸联合康复治疗在重型颅脑损伤中的疗效观察及对格拉斯哥评分影响

Clinical observation of moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury and the impact on Glasgow score

目的:观察艾灸联合康复治疗在重型颅脑损伤中的疗效及对格拉斯哥评分影响。方法:选取2017年9月—2020年5月入住本院重症监护病房的90例重型颅脑损伤患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规及康复治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用艾灸治疗,比较两组总体好转率、GCS评分、MBI评分、NIHSS评分。结果:实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ2=4.415,P=0.032,P<0.05);治疗4周后实验组GCS评分高于对照组(t=4.392,P=0.035,P<0.05),MBI评分高于对照组(t=3.291,P=0.002,P<0.05),NIHSS评分低于对照组(t=5.530,P=0.025,P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合康复治疗在重型颅脑损伤中具有良好疗效,能显著提高GCS评分。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury and the impact on Glasgow score.Methods:90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to ICU of our hospital from September 2017 to may 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with routine and rehabilitation treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Moxibustion on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment.The total improvement rate,GCS score,MBI score and NIHSS score of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.415,P=0.032,P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the GCS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(t=4.392,P=0.035,P<0.05);MBI score was higher than that of the control group(t=3.291,P=0.002,P<0.05);NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(t=5.530,P=0.025,P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy has good curative effect in patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and can significantly improve the GCS score of patients.
