摘要
目的:观察芍药甘草汤加味配合针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:采用芍药甘草汤加味配合针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变26例。结果:显效9例、有效16例、无效1例,有效率96.15%。结论:芍药甘草汤加味配合针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of peony and licorice decoction combined with acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:26 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated with peony and Licorice Decoction plus acupuncture.Re-sults:9 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective.The effective rate was 96%.Conclusion:the curative effect of peony and licorice decoction combined with acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is satisfactory.
