止嗽散加减治疗外感咳嗽的临床疗效

Clinical observation of Zhisou powder in treating exogenous cough

目的:观察止嗽散加减治疗外感咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取门诊辨证为外感咳嗽患者73例,随机分成对照组(35例)和治疗组(38例)。对照组以复方甘草口服溶液作为基础治疗,治疗组运用止嗽散加减,两组疗程均为2周。治疗结束后,评价两组咳嗽症状评分、实验室指标(血常规、C-反应蛋白)等。结果:两组的日间及夜间咳嗽症状积分在治疗后均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率为97.37%(37/38),相对于对照组68.57%(24/35)有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血常规及C-反应蛋白在治疗前后差异无统计学意义。结论:止嗽散加减治疗外感咳嗽临床效果显著,而且能够明显改善咳嗽症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhisou powder on exogenous cough.Methods:73 cases of outpatients with exogenous cough were selected and randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and treatment group(38 cases).The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhiza oral solution,while the treatment group was treated with Zhisou powder.After the treatment,the cough symptom score and laboratory indexes(blood routine,C-reactive protein)of the two groups were evaluated.Results:the scores of daytime and nighttime cough symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.37%(37/38),which was significantly better than that of the control group(68.57%,24/35)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood routine and C-reactive protein before and after treatment.Conclusion:Zhisou powder has significant clinical effect in treating exogenous cough,and can significantly improve the cough symptoms of such patients.
