《金匮要略》外治方在皮肤病治疗中的运用及研究现状

The application and research status of external therapy prescription in the treatment of dermatosis in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

《金匮要略》将中医理论和临床实践相结合,对后世临床诊疗的发展具有指导意义,其外治方剂苦参汤、雄黄、矾石汤、王不留行散、黄连粉、蛇床子散、狼牙汤等,在湿疹、带状疱疹、脓疱疮等皮肤疾病的外治中运用广泛,收效良好。然而,鉴于目前文献质量及经方推广的局限性,对《金匮要略》外治方的科学性与实用性的研究还需不断总结和深入探索。

The synopsis of the golden chamber combines the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine with clinical practice and has important guiding significance for the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment in later generations.Its external prescription,such as Kushen decoction,Xionghuang,Fanshi decoction,Wangbu liuxing pulvis,Huanglian powder,Shechuangzi pulvis,and Langya decoction,which are widely used in the external treatment of eczema,herpes zoster,impetigo and other dermatosis with good results.However,in view of the limitations of the quality of the literature and the promotion of the classical prescription,the scientific and practical research on the external prescription of the synopsis of the golden chamber needs to be constantly summarized and explored.
