介绍了张勉教授对喉源性咳嗽的辨病辨证方案,指出治疗该病时应首分外感还是内伤,再分虚、实、寒、热,基于四诊合参选择方药治疗对证治疗。重视"浊气"致病论,临床运用祛风、化痰、祛瘀及补益肺脾肾之法治疗效果肯定。

This paper introduces Professor Zhang Mian’s scheme of syndrome differentiation for laryngeal cough,and points out whether external or internal injuries should be the primary treatment for this disease,and then deficiency,excess,cold and heat should be divided into four categories,based on which prescriptions and medicines should be selected for the treatment of symptoms and signs.Attention should be paid to the pathogenic theory of turbid qi,and clinical application of the methods of dispelling wind,resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and tonifying the lung,spleen and kidney has a definite effect.
