中医滋阴补肾法治疗社区2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney on type 2 diabetes mellitus in community

目的:探讨中医滋阴补肾法治疗肾阴亏虚型社区2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年9月—2020年12月我院收治的60例社区2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案分为对照组(常规西药治疗,30例)和观察组(常规西药治疗+滋阴补肾法,30例)。治疗结束后,比较两组临床疗效及血糖指标。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率为90.00%(27/30),明显高于对照组的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖指标水平均显著降低(P<0.05);观察组指标降低程度大,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医滋阴补肾法治疗肾阴亏虚型社区2型糖尿病,可有效降低血糖水平,具有一定的临床应用与推广价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus in commu-nity with kidney yin deficiency.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into(conventional western medicine treatment group,30 cases)and observation group(routine western medicine treatment+nourishing yin and tonifying kidney method group,30 cases)according to different treatment schemes.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and blood glucose index levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly higher than70.00%(21/30)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose indexes of 60 patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients with type2 diabetes mellitus of kidney yin deficiency type in community,which has certain clinical application and promotion value.
