针刺治疗慢传输型便秘的进展

Progress in acupuncture treatment of slow transit constipation

随着生活方式、饮食习惯的改变及人口老龄化,慢传输型便秘在临床越来越多见,受到临床医师和患者的广泛关注。目前,由于对该病的认识尚未形成统一定论,西医尚无特效疗法,多以导泻剂、生物反馈、手术等为主,疗效上不能完全满足临床需要。针刺作为中医特色疗法,在本病的治疗上具有显著优势,以常规针刺、特殊针法、针药结合等方式为主,在提高治疗效果、改善临床症状等方面具有一定优势,但取穴标准尚以各医家经验为主,对针刺的作用机制未形成统一认识,未来应继续进行研究,推广针刺技术。

With the changes of lifestyle and eating habits and the aging of the population,chronic transit constipation is more and more common in clinic,which is widely concerned by clinicians and patients.At present,because the understanding of diseases has not formed a unified conclusion,there is no specific therapy in western medicine,and most of them are cathartic agents,biofeedback and surgery,which can not fully meet the clinical needs.Acupuncture,as a characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,has obvious advantages in the treatment of this disease,mainly including conventional acupuncture,special acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and medicine,which has certain advantages in improving the treatment effect and improving clinical symptoms.However,the selection criteria of acupoints are mainly based on the experience of doctors,and there is no unified understanding of the mechanism of acupuncture.In the future,further research should be continued to promote the application of acupuncture technology.
