Clinical experience of professor Shi renjie in the treatment of perianal abscess in infants

婴幼儿肛周脓肿自愈率较高,原则上采用保守治疗为主,但化脓时需要及时切开排脓。保守治疗的原则是内外同治,通过整体调治,提高抵抗力,达到少发病或不发病的目的。中药外敷有清热解毒、活血消肿、促进脓肿吸收的作用,为自愈创造条件。治疗同时指导家长做好患儿肛门部的护理也很重要。

The self-healing rate of perianal abscess is high in infants,and conservative treatment is mainly used in principle,but the abscess should be cut and discharged in time when it is fester.The principle of conservative treatment point is to treat both inside and out-side,improve the resistance of children through the overall adjustment,to achieve the goal of less or no disease.External application of Traditional Chinese medicine has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification,activating blood circulation and reducing swelling,promoting the absorption of abscess,and creating conditions for self-healing.At the same time,it is also important to instruct parents to do a good job in the care of children’s anus.
