基于数据挖掘的银屑病药浴用药规律的研究

目的:挖掘中药药浴治疗银屑病的用药规律,更好地指导临床。方法:收集数据库中中药药浴治疗银屑病的文献,对药浴方中药物的功效、四气、五味、归经以及药浴中的影响因素进行分析、归纳、总结。结果:药浴方中出现频次较高的药物分别为苦参、地肤子、白鲜皮、蛇床子、丹参、黄柏、当归、土茯苓等;高频次药物的功效以清热、祛湿、祛风、活血为主。药性以寒、温、平为主。药味以苦、辛、甘为主。归经以肝经、胃经、心经、肾经为主。药浴的温度多在37℃~45℃,时间多在15~30 min,药液浓度通常以1∶10的比例进行稀释。结论:总结了银屑病的一般用药规律,揭示了中医药浴治疗银屑病的一般特点,对银屑病的临床治疗有指导作用。

Objective:To explore the regularity of medication for treating psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine bath,and to better guide clinical work.Methods:Collect relevant literatures on the treatment of psoriasis in the Chinese medicine medicine bath in the database,and analyze,summarize and summarize the efficacy,four qi,five flavors,meridian and influencing factors of the medicine in the medicine bath prescription.Results:The drugs with higher frequency appear in the medicine bath prescription are:Sophora flavescens,Digozi,Lichen,Cnidium,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Phellodendron chinense,Angelica sinensis,Smilax glabra;Mainly dispel wind and promote blood circulation,the medicinal properties are mainly cold,warm and calm,the medicinal flavor is mainly bitter,spicy and sweet,and the main meridian is liver,stomach,heart and kidney;the temperature of medicinal bath is mostly 37℃~45℃,the time is usually 15~30 min,the liquid is usually diluted at a ratio of 1:10.Conclusion:Summarizes the general medication rules of psoriasis,reveals the general characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine bath treatment of psoriasis,and has a guiding role in the clinical treatment of psoriasis.
