中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展

Research advancement of treating diabetic nephropathy by traditional chinese medicine

糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病的主要微血管并发症之一,我国DN的发病率逐年提升,近年来已严重影响糖尿病患者的生活质量及疾病的预后。多数患者早期呈隐匿性肾病,后发展至肾病综合征,最后进入终末期DN,是导致终末期肾脏病的常见病因[1]。中药在延缓DN进展方面具有一定优势,目前发现中药治疗DN的作用机制包括改善血流动力学、糖脂代谢,减弱氧化应激反应,抑制蛋白激酶C激活,减少炎症渗出等[2,3]。本文从单味药、多糖、复方、外治法以及中药制剂注射液5个方面总结近年来中医药治疗DN的研究进展,为DN的治疗提供参考。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the main microvascular complications of diabetes.The incidence of this disease is increasing year by year in China,and it has become one of the main causes of end-stage renal disease[1],which has seriously affected the patients’life quality and mental health.From single herbs,polysaccharide,compound,external treatment and injection of TCM and summarizes the research progress in recent years,Chinese medicine treatment of DN,found the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DN including improve hemodynamics and glucolipid metabolism,reduce oxidative stress,inhibit protein kinase C activation,reduce inflammation effusion[2,3],traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in improve biochemical indexes in patients with DN,slow down the progress of the DN has certain advantages.
