摘要
分析了张家口市三农气象服务的现状,指出存在的问题,并提出相应的改进策略。
The current situation of meteorological services for agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Zhangjiakou was analyzed,and the corresponding improvement strategies were put forward in view of the existing problems.
