南陵县牛肠道寄生虫感染的调查

Investigation of Intestinal Parasitic Infection of Cattle in Nanling County

[目的]掌握南陵县肉牛肠道寄生虫感染情况。[方法]采用直接涂片法,饱和食盐水漂浮法对在南陵县的4个乡镇7个不同养殖场采集的50份肉牛粪便进行检查,并根据形态学特征对所获得的虫卵和幼虫进行归类。[结果]共查出8种寄生虫,分别为犊新蛔虫、古柏线虫、扩展莫尼茨绦虫、大片形吸虫、食道口线虫、夏伯特线虫、捻转血矛线虫、前后盘吸虫。[结论]南陵县肉牛寄生虫感染较为严重,需采取相应的防治措施。

[Objective]To master the intestinal parasite infection of cattle in Nanling County.[Methods]50 feces of beef cattle collected from 7 different farms in 4 towns of Nanling County were examined by direct smear method and saturated salt water floating method,and the eggs and larvae were classified according to morphological[Results]A total of 8 kinds of parasites were found,including Nvitulorum,Cooperia pectinata,Moniezia expansa,Fasciola gigantica,Oesophagostomum asperum,Chabertia,Haemonchus contortus and Paramphistomes.[Conclusion]The parasite infection of cattle in Nanling County was more serious,and the corresponding control measures should be taken.
