摘要
近年来苯菌灵在苹果上的使用逐渐增加,使苹果白粉病、黑星病、轮纹病等得到有效防治。但同时也导致了苯菌灵在苹果果实及其加工制品中的残留问题。采用乙腈萃取和液质联用的检测方法,研究了苯菌灵农药在苹果果皮、果柄、果萼、果肉及果核中的残留分布规律。结果表明,果柄中苯菌灵农药残留最多,果皮中次之,果肉中残留最少。
The use of benomyl on apple has gradually increased in recent years, which effectively controls apple powdery mildew, scab, ring spot, etc.However, the use of benomyl also led to the problem of benomyl residues in apple and its processed products. Using acetonitrile extraction technology and HPLC/MS/MS method, the distribution regularity of benomyl residues in apple pericarp, stalk, fruit calyx, pulp and kernel was studied. The results showed that the residue of benomyl in stalks was highest, followed by pericarp, and the residue in pulp was the smallest.
