摘要
排污许可证后管理是落实排污许可制度的重要保障。从法律支撑、企业意识、联动机制和技术支撑等方面分析了排污许可证后管理方面存在的主要问题,提出了规范和完善排污许可证后管理的对策建议。
Post-certification of pollutants discharge management provided important support for discharge permit system.The main problems of legal support,corporate consciousness,linkage mechanism and technical support were analyzed,and proper suggestions were put forward to improve post-certification of pollutants discharge management.
