摘要
[目的]评价2种种衣剂不同剂量下对玉米灰飞虱田间防效及最适药剂用量。[方法]选用2种种衣剂于玉米播种期,对玉米种子进行药剂包衣处理,隔夜晾干后播种。[结果]20%高效氯氟氰菊酯·噻虫嗪种子处理微囊悬浮剂有效成分含量100、150、200 g/100kg种子处理对玉米灰飞虱防效较好,播种后10 d出苗率达88.28%~92.47%,玉米3叶期灰飞虱低龄期调查后第7天灰飞虱防效达83.86%~89.26%。6%噻虫嗪·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂有效成分含量75、100、150 g/100kg种子处理对玉米灰飞虱防效较好,播种后10 d出苗率达88.75%~90.50%,玉米3叶期灰飞虱低龄期调查后第7天灰飞虱防效达87.77%~95.54%。[结论]20%高效氯氟氰菊酯·噻虫嗪种子处理微囊悬浮剂推荐有效成分含量100~200 g/100kg种子、6%噻虫嗪·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂推荐有效成分含量75~150 g/100kg种子对玉米灰飞虱防治效果良好,对玉米植株未发现有药害,可以大面积推广使用。
[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the field control effect of two kind of seed coating formulations and to determine the optimum dosage.[Methods]Two seed coating formulations were selected to coat corn seeds at the planting stage,and the seeds were sown after drying overnight.[Results]Lambda-cyhalothrin·thiamethoxam 20%seed treatment microcapsule suspension at 100,150,200 g a.i./100kg seed was effective.The seedling emergence rate was 88.28%-92.47%on the 10thday after sowing.The control effect against corn Laodelphax striatellus was 83.86%-89.26%on the 7thday after low age of L.striatellus at 3 leaf stage of corn.Thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·azoxystrobin 6%seed coating suspension at 75,100,150 g a.i./100kg seed was effective.The seedling emergence rate was 88.75%-90.50%on the 10thday after sowing.The control effect against corn L.striatellus was 87.77%-95.54%on the 7thday after low age of L.striatellus at 3 leaf stage of corn.[Conclusions]Lambda-cyhalothrin·thiamethoxam 20%seed treatment microcapsule suspension recommended at 100-200 g a.i./100kg seed and thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·azoxystrobin 6%seed coating suspension recommended at 75-150 g a.i./100kg seed can control L.striatellus effectively.No damage found to the corn plant,the two seed coating formulations can be popularized at a large scale.
