摘要
[目的]使用萃取、碱性氧化铝柱层析与重结晶相结合的方法研制苦参碱标准品。[方法]首先采用氨氯法萃取制备苦参总生物碱,然后采用碱性氧化铝柱层析法,对苦参总生物碱进行分离纯化,使苦参碱含量达到92%以上,最后结合重结晶方法进行纯化。[结果]苦参碱标准品含量98.16%。[结论]使用氨氯法萃取、碱性氧化铝柱层析与重结晶相结合的方法制得苦参碱标准品,其含量大于市售苦参碱标准品含量,符合标准品要求。
[Aims]This paper aims to study matrine standards by using a combination method of extraction,alumina B column chromatography and recrystallization.[Methods]First,the total alkaloids of Sophora flavescens were prepared by extraction with ammonia chloride method,and then the total alkaloids of S.flavescens were separated and purified by using basic alumina column chromatography,so that the content of sophora alkaloids reached more than 92%,and finally combined with the method of recrystallization for purification.[Results]The content of matrine pesticide standard was 98.16%.[Conclusions]In this paper,the pure product of matrine was prepared by the combination of ammonia chloride extraction,basic alumina column chromatography and recrystallization,and its content was higher than that of the reference substance of matrine,which met the requirements of the standard product.
