大数据背景下事业单位档案信息化管理存在问题及发展对策

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF ARCHIVES INFORMATION MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC INSTITUTES UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF BIG DATA

档案管理是当前事业单位公共管理服务的重要组成部分,事业单位的发展历程、文化要素及各项业务数据都体现在档案管理中,因此,高效科学地进行档案管理工作至关重要。几十年来,随着互联网技术的发展,大数据技术深入到社会的方方面面,同时也对事业单位档案管理工作提出了更高的要求。大数据技术将传统的档案管理工作转为档案信息化服务,为事业单位工作提供较大帮助。但目前我国事业单位的档案信息化管理还处于初级阶段,文章对事业单位档案管理存在问题进行分析,并提出相应的改善对策,以此来促进事业单位档案管理的信息化进程,提高事业单位档案管理效率。

The archives management is an important part of public institutes,the development history,cultureelement and working data of public institutes are involved in the archives management.So,it is very important totake archives management scientifically and effectively.In recent years,with the development of the Internet,thebig data technology goes deep into the society and put forward higher requirement for the archives management.Thebig data technology changes the traditional archives management into the information archives management andprovides help for the public institutes.However,the information archives management of public institutes is still inthe primary stage.This paper analyzed some problems of archives management of public institutes and put forwardsome corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the information process and improve the efficiency ofarchives management in the public institutes.
