摘要
科研事业单位所属的科技企业是科技创新和成果转化的重要载体。加强科技企业干部监督管理,提升企业创新驱动主体能力,适应国家创新驱动发展需求是当前科技企业发展面临的重要任务。文章结合国家对企业监管的有关要求和科研事业单位科技企业的实际特点,分析了科技企业干部监督管理工作中的薄弱环节,探讨了加强科技企业干部监督管理的机制路径,以期进一步激发干部创新创业积极性和创造性。
Scientific and technological enterprises of scientific research institute are important carriers oftechnological innovation and achievement transformation.It’s an important task facing the development of scienceand technology enterprises which strengthening the supervision and management of cadres in science andtechnology enterprises,improving the ability of enterprises to drive innovation,and adapting to national innovation-driven development.Based on the relevant requirements of the state on enterprise supervision and the actualcharacteristics of science and technology enterprises of scientific research institutions,this article analyzed theweak links in the supervision and management of cadres in science and technology enterprises,and explored themechanism of strengthening the supervision and management,so as to further stimulate the enthusiasm andcreativity of cadres’innovation and entrepreneurship.
