摘要
农产品电商是“十四五”时期加快农业产业转型升级、推进乡村全面振兴的重要力量。梳理并总结辽宁农产品电商发展成效和工作经验,针对农村电商区域发展不平衡、不充分等突出难题,提出优化整合数据资源、加大财政资金投入、加强网络品牌建设、注重电商人才培养等建议。
Agricultural products e-commerce is an important force to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.This paper summarizes the development results and work experience of agricultural products e-commerce in Liaoning,and make suggestions on optimizing and integrating data resources,increasing financial investment,strengthening network brand building,and focusing on the training of ecommerce talents in view of prominent problems such as unbalanced and inadequate regional development of rural e-commerce.
