摘要
针对目前国内打捆机械存在的工作效率低、成本高等问题,结合当前国内市场已有的打捆作业工艺流程,设计一种打捆机装置,建立三维模型,并对打捆装置的关键作业部件进行设计选型,确定传送装置、夹持装置、缠绕装置、切割装置的关键设计参数。研究结果表明:利用建模软件对各部件进行了装配和干涉检查,验证了各部件之间的配合情况良好,通过样机试验表明该打捆装置结构简单、操作方便、质量轻且捆绑结实、工作效率高,适合在多种环境中使用。
In view of the problems of low efficiency and high cost of the current domestic baling machinery,combined with the current domestic market existing baling operation process,a baling machine device is designed,a 3D model is established,and the key components of the baling device are designed and selected,and the key design parameters of the transfer device,the clamping device,the winding device and the cutting device are determined.The results show that:The as-sembly and interference check of each component are carried out by the modeling software,and the coordination between the components is verified.Through the prototype test,the baling device has simple structure,easy operation,light quality,strong binding and high working efficiency,which is suitable for use in various environments.
