摘要
利用处理过的废弃菌棒与蛭石按不同比例混拌成基质土,模拟工厂化生产马铃薯原原种环境,开展植株性状和产量对比试验。结果表明:废弃菌棒对马铃薯植株生长的促进作用优于蛭石,废弃菌棒占比越高则植株生长越好;1/2菌棒与1/2蛭石混拌处理的平均单株个数和产量高于其他处理,大薯率也较高,这一混拌比例能更好解决废弃菌棒粘性、肥力与蛭石通透性之间的结合问题。
The treated discarded fungus sticks and vermiculite were mixed into substrate soil in different proportions to simulate the factory environment of potato breeder’s seeds production,and the comparison tests of plant characteristics and yield were carried out.The results showed that:The growth of potato plants was enhanced by discarded fungus sticks than by vermiculite,and the higher the proportion of discarded fungus sticks,the better the growth of potato plants;The average number of individual plants and yield of 1/2 fungus sticks and 1/2 vermiculite mixed treatment were higher than other treatments,and the rate of big potato was also higher.This mixing ratio could better solve the problem of the combination of viscosity,fertility and vermiculite permeability of discarded fungus sticks.
