粮食是极其重要的战略物资,保障粮食安全就是维护国家安全。阐述我国粮食生产概况,对比世界产粮大国在产量、播种面积、人均占有量等差异,从国际、国内等视角分析我国粮食安全面临的突出问题,提出建设国外粮食生产基地的构想,为我国粮食安全提供新的保障。

Food is an extremely important strategic material,and ensuring food security is to safeguard national security.This paper expounds the general situation of China's food production,compares the differences in output,sown area and per capita occupation,analyzes the prominent problems facing China's food security from the international and domestic perspectives,and puts forward the idea of building foreign food production bases,so as to provide a new guarantee for China's food security.
