Agricultural new media provides a new channel and way for the information dissemination in the field of agriculture,agricultural science and technology promotion and farmer service.This paper expounds the brief situation of agricultural new media in Liaoning Province,analyzes the problems existing in its development,and puts forward suggestions on improving the agglomeration communication effect of new media alliance,vigorously cultivating new media communication talents,strengthening the training of farmers'mobile phone application skills and creating a good environment for multi-input,so as to explore new ideas and new methods for smart agriculture.
