推动辽宁黑土地保护利用高质量发展的思考

Thinking on Promoting the High Quality Development of Black Land Protection and Utilization in Liaoning

东北黑土区是国家重要的商品粮生产基地,对保障国家粮食安全发挥了重要作用。但长期采取粗放的开垦与高强度利用的农业生产方式,黑土循环和利用效率持续下降、资源流失代价日趋严重,迫切需要对黑土地保护利用现状做出有效响应。以辽宁省为研究对象,摸清辽宁省黑土地保护利用现状、找准存在的主要问题、科学提出有效改善对策,有助于进一步实现土壤质量提升、资源效率提高与生态环境优美多重目标。

The Northeast Black soil region is an important national production base of commodity grain,which plays an important role in ensuring national food security.However,the agricultural production mode of extensive reclamation and high-intensity utilization has been adopted for a long time,the recycling and utilization efficiency of black soil has continued to decline,and the cost of resource loss has become increasingly serious.It is urgent to make an effective response to the protection and utilization of black land.Taking Liaoning Province as the research object,finding out the current situation of black land protection and utilization in Liaoning Province,identifying the main existing problems,and scientifically putting forward effective countermeasures for improvement will help to further achieve the multiple goals of soil quality improvement,resource efficiency improvement and ecological environment beauty.
