碱渣混合加筋砂土直剪试验研究

摘要 连云港碱厂每年因制备纯碱产生大量碱渣废料,其堆放对环境造成较大的危害。为论证碱渣资源化利用的可行性,开展了碱渣混合加筋砂土的室内直剪试验。结果表明:掺入量为8%~15%时碱渣混合砂土的界面强度下降程度较低;碱渣标准砂剪切强度明显低于其他两种混合砂土,降低幅度平均约为38%,同时伴随剪胀特性;密实碱渣混合砂土较松散状态具有更高的界面强度,平均增幅约20%;碱渣细颗粒砂土的库伦强度线发展快于粗颗粒土。研究结果可为新建及改扩建道路的路基施工提供技术参考。 Lianyungang Alkali Plant produces a large amount of alkali slag waste due to the preparation of pure alkali,which causes great harm to the environment.In order to demonstrate the feasibility of alkali slag recycling utilization,the indoor direct shear test of alkali slag mixed reinforced sand soil was carried out.The results show that the interface strength of alkali slag mixed sand soil with 8%~15%is significantly lower than the other two mixed sand soil,the average reduction is about 38%with shear expansion characteristics;the dense alkali slag mixed sand soil has higher interface strength with an average increase of about 20%;the Coulomb strength line of alkali slag fine granular sand soil develops faster than the coarse grain soil.The research results can provide technical reference for the subgrade construction of newly built and expanded roads.
