基于UG的底座结构件注射成型模具设计

摘要 底座结构件采用一模四腔注射成型,具有不对称和深型腔的特点。以某款家用台灯上的底座结构件为例,详细介绍了基于UG的型腔布局方案的调整与选择,型腔、型芯设计的方法与步骤,复合推出机构的设计,叠层式冷却系统的设计,型腔、型芯数控加工的工艺措施等。该模具结构合理、紧凑,安全可靠,寿命长,能够保证底座结构件稳定、高效率地生产。 The base structure is formed by injection with four cavities,which has the characteristics of asymmetry and deep cavity.Based on the base structure of a household lamp,the paper introduced in detail the adjustment and selection of cavity layout scheme based on UG,the methods and steps of cavity and core design,the design of composite push mechanism,the design of laminated cooling system,the process measures of NC machining of cavity and core.The mold has reasonable and compact structure with long life,safe and reliable,which can ensure the base structure stable and high efficiency production.
