摘要
数字技术作为破解基层组织涣散、村民参与不足、服务效能不高等治理困境的有效工具与手段,为提升乡村治理效能提供了重要驱动力。本文结合浙江省建德市的调研,描述了“建村钉”数字化平台的发展路径,归纳总结了其创新做法。顺应数字时代发展趋势,进一步挖掘数字化治理激发乡村治理效能的核心举措,并就数字化平台的建设与推广提供意见建议。
Digitalization is an effective tool which can solve the governance predicament such as grassroots organizations lacking cohesion,insufficient villagers’participation and low service efficiency.It provides an important driving force for improving the efficiency of rural governance.Based on the resreach in jiande city,Zhejiang Province,the author described the development path of building“Jiancun Ding”and summarized its innovative practices.Comply with the development trend of the digital rea,the author also excavated the core measures to stimulate the efficiency of rural governance by digitalization and provided suggestions for the promotion of digital platform.
