测土配方施肥技术对农户施肥行为的影响:一个文献综述

The Impact of Soil Testing and Formula Fertilization Technology on Farmers’Fertilization Behavior:A Literature Review

摘要 绿色是农业的底色,生态是农业的底盘,测土配方施肥技术是实现农业绿色转型发展的重要手段。为探究测土配方施肥技术对化肥减量的影响及其作用机制,本文围绕测土配方施肥技术与农户施肥行为,以及农户技术采用的制约因素两个方面对文献进行归纳和总结。综述发现:第一,从技术整体来看,测土配方施肥技术对农户施肥行为的影响尚未得出一致的结论;第二,将技术细分为信息供给和肥料供应两个环节,研究发现信息是影响施肥行为的重要因素,肥料供应的影响可能存在异质性;第三,包括技术培训经历、土地经营规模等特征都是农户技术采用的制约因素。在此基础上,本文进一步指出,包括构建系统性分析框架、将技术采用行为的刻画从“用不用”向“是否规范使用”转变,以及关注测土配方施肥技术的采用成本等可能是未来的研究方向。 The green transformation of agriculture is a necessary path for building an agricultural power,and soil testing and fertilization technology is an important means to achieve the green transformation and development of agriculture.To explore the impact and mechanism of soil testing formula fertilization technology on fertilizer reduction,the author summarizes and summarizes the literature from two aspects:soil testing formula fertilization technology and farmers’fertilization behavior,as well as the constraints on farmers’technology adoption.The review found that,firstly,from a technical perspective,there is no consensus on the impact of soil testing formula fertilization technology on farmers’fertilization behavior.Secondly,technology is divided into two stages:information supply and fertilizer supply.Research has found that information is an important factor affecting fertilization behavior,and the impact of fertilizer supply may be heterogeneous.Thirdly,factors such as technical training experience and land management scale are all constraints on farmers’technological adoption.On this basis,this article further points out that future research directions may include constructing a systematic analysis framework,transitioning the characterization of technology adoption behavior from“not used”to“whether to use it in a standardized manner”,and paying attention to the adoption cost of soil testing formula fertilization technology.
